On another note...I'm putting my bike back together and I seem to have found a connector without a mate? Am I going crazy or did I lose a connection somewhere? Is there supposed to be a connector under the tank not connected to something?

Ah nevermind! This plug is for the ignition/kill switch...found the other connection tucked away behind some wires and the frame.

Sounds like you got some Tronix Gremlins. I send them to people who don't thank me for posting a responce. Let the hate flow through you little gremlins, after tinkering, go visit neanderthall and chew on his rear tire.

False alarm. The tip-over sensor on top of the airbox wasn't pointing upward since I didn't have the bike put all back together before trying to start the bike. All is well now.

For swapping out the R forks, I'd start at 4mm of black tube showing above the clamp surface. 4mm is the factory position. 1mm up or down on this can make a noticeable difference.
