Anyone play around with their front ride height?

I lowered the fork tubes 3mm on my R to gain a bit more trail.
The weather's become a lil' dodgy 'round here so I may have to wait a day or so to test ride.
The forks now have 4mm of tube showing, I may lower them further (flush w/the top of triple clamp) to experiment w/front end feel.

Stock rake/trail - 23.9/92.4mm

Mine used to be flush with the clamp. I raised them up 6-7mm. Bike tips in very easily now without being too twitchy.

Yeah - but I have '10 D675 forks, not sure they are the same length as the R tubes. If I remember correctly, I think I have 5mm of gold tube above the clamps. Pretty satisfied with that setting for now.

Installed the Ohlins rear shock. I almost had man tears from how much of a difference it made.

Yeah, that's one sweet looking piece of ass. Picked it up from www.indysuperbike.com for $824, not too bad
