As an engineer there is typically only one way to learn what works and what doesn't from my experience.

It's a wise man that learns from his mistakes, but an even wiser man that learns from someone elses mistakes.

How else does anything get to where it is today? Learning from the past.

Bump! more question for you folks haha

There are two large hoses, one originating from within the engine (just behind the throttle body) and one hose from the solonoid ( two of them go into the reed valves or whatever, but there is a third hanging about)

Those two go onto opposite sides of your airbox.

Yep... Mine is one of them. When I removed my tank I didn't even think about marking them, assuming they were keyed... Nope! Both brown, both the same. Shot in the dark when I put it back together and guessed mostly from looking at the harness...

Alright guys thanks for your help so far.. got everything except two more vacuum hoses! Does this go into the throttle body nipple?

How about this one? Where does this bracket mount?

I'm assuming this is correct?

Thanks once again

Bracket mounts to the engine cover at the front, you'll find that the bracket is shaped to line up with the bolt holes.

the long unconnected hose probably goes to your intake flapper

The bracket in the second photo of the post on this page?
It mounts to the engine cover like I said, here's a photo of mine to help point it out:
