does the Samco upper large hose have a bleed screw?

It doesn't matter if it does or not. Triumph has gotten rid of the bleed screw on the hose. If you get a replacement from Triumph it shouldn't have the bleeder there anymore.

Mine street trip has leaked from that screw before when it got exposed to freezing conditions. Not sure if it was from expansion or coincidence. Took it out lubed the oring and retightened it and it was fine.
