Question Any other calipers fit my 09 Daytona?

I need a right front brake caliper for my 09 675 Daytona. (Not an R)
Can anyone tell me with certainty what other years or models will fit? A lot of people on ebay list 06-09 but 99% of the time they are gold in color and mine is black (nissin).
I may have an early 09 if that makes any difference.
I am looking for something I can plug and play without any modding.

Thanks in advance!

I am sure there are some members out there who have either upgraded to the Brembo, or the R6 calipers, who could hook you up.

There are a lot of Daytona calipers that would work but they would not match your other caliper. The ones that will match are 09+ non-R Daytonas.

Thanks for the replies.
MacBandit, When you say "match", do you mean color or something else?

When they updated the Daytona with the mid 2009 Daytonas they changed the style of the caliper. They still fit the same and will work with older bikes but they look different.

They are also better(>09). They are a mono block.

Does anyone know what year or part number Yamaha R6 discs will fit? Not having much luck finding 09+ calipers.

Call TJ at RidersDiscount. I know they have a set floating around since they did a Brembo upgrade.

As for the R6 discs I don't know what year or even if any actually fit. Beyond that its not going to help since you'll still be in need of a Daytona caliper.

There's always D675 brake calipers on ebay. All of them, except the 675R version, fit all year D675's. Later years, from sometime in '09-up, use the black mono's, but they still fit/work without issue. You can always buy the gold ones and have them powder coated black or some other color if you desire. Good idea to completely disassemble and clean used calipers regardless. Stick with the D675 calipers and you won't have to worry about all the spacers, lines, ect.
