I must say, I've been very pleased with my interactions with Mike. Every email I've sent was responded to within 24hrs and we spoke on the phone for a few minutes early in the ordering process. I'm sorry and saddened that everyone else hasn't had a similar experience. I'll post up again when my chest protector arrives.
mine arrived Tuesday (11/13). Fit seems spot-on, but I'll hafta wait till the weekend before I have time to throw it on under the leathers.

Finally got mine on Saturday. Here's my final timeline:

8/27 - Order placed.
9/14 - Received templates.
9/17 - Sent my template photos.
10/13 - Received response about template mentioning they're adding a half inch to the back and asked for my logo.
10/13 - I sent my logo.
10/26 - I asked for a status update because I was hoping to be able to get measured for a new suit soon. No response.
11/26 - Asked again for an update. Received response saying it'd be done that week.
12/2 - Asked to just cancel order if production hasn't begun. Received response that logo has been mocked up and internal components would be done in a few days. I replied to clarify if they had actually started production as I just wanted to cancel my order and was fine if I had to pay for labor thus far but was told it was too late and production was underway.
12/9 - Received photos of internal components.
12/10 - Received photos of finished protectors.
12/15 - Received final product in the mail.

Fun fact: Was the worst packaging job I have ever received. One of the large box flaps wasn't taped and you could just open it up to see the protectors. Luckily the packing tape caught on the plastic around the protectors so they didn't go anywhere.

Anyhow they seem nice enough although I haven't had the chance to try them on with my suit. Definitely would not have ordered if I knew what I was getting into though. As I've said time and time again: I know these things can take time and I'm fine with that as long as the company is up front about it. That was not the case here.

Sorry for the late update...

Got mine a few weeks ago (around Thanksgiving weekend)

Finally had a chance to wear my suit and armor around the house. Fit is spot on. Once it does warm up it definitely is more pliable.

I will post up again once I actually field test it out on the track.
