hey TJ

bought these from you a while back for my '12 675R, had a shop install them and they told me they had to manipulate the angle of the brake reservoir to make it clear the fairings, and the included bracket did not fit, though I'm not sure if the helibars came with a different bracket. i guess they changed the reservoir in the newer model years, so the instructions were outdated. is this normal?

The R has a full Brembo system on the front. The reservoir and brake lever are completely different from a standard 675 and the reservoir mounts at a different angle. I don't believe the manufacturer produces brackets for the R's. Most people just make a homemade bracket.

Thanks Kaosu. I should have specified earlier that I haven't had a single complaint with the standard 675's. The R does use a different master cylinder so you might have to get creative on the reservoir mount, but the rest should be plug and play.
