Can't really say where I got it from or make copies to sell but I know i can legally let friends and family borrow it without being prosecuted it played on my ps3 flawlessly but haven't tested it on regular blu ray players.

Although there are Region Codes for BluRay most studios have chosen not to implement them. Also HD video is not different from country to country like it was back in the day of SD video with NTSC and PAL. So as long as a video isn't region restricted it will work on all HD TVs. Just make sure the video has the language sound track for the language you speak.

Contact DukeVideo they can tell you if it's region locked or not. They are the official video distributor for all things TT.
