You have a lot to learn about marriage.
All you do is say " trailer" such as "Hey, I just watched the trailer for Skyfall, I want one" Wife looks confused and says "OK, whatever"
Week later trailer shows up and when she looks confused, you say "Remember when I mentioned that trailer last week and you said OK?"

Ardell. This one is $700 for a dual Kendon. I think my friend can bring it all the way to Norman. I'll give him $50 for the hassle. Assuming its still available when I call tomorrow

That sounds like a great deal! Trailering your bike to distant meet-ups has some real benefits.

The Craigslist ad didnt have a number so I sent an email first thing this morning but still havent heard anything. I'll try again tomorrow. I hope I didn't piss off my wife today for nothing. She said OK but it was the same kind of yes I got when I bought the Triumph.
If the guy responds, I'll take it

Still no word from the guy - sent another message this morning. Maybe he figured out it's worth more than $700. There are two others for sale in his area fro $1950 and $2000 so maybe he has second thoughts.

Odds are that it was some f-tard in India that sits around in his underwear putting a feeler out so he can flood your inbox with spam.

If it was, I'm impressed he picked a little piss ant sized town outside Houston to claim as his city. The ad didn't have any of the usual red flags (except the price). Sounds like it was written by a regular country guy. I suppose it could be stolen (doesn't have a title) but in this state (and I think in Texas too) you don't need a title for a trailer and you don't even need to tag a trailer in OK

It's not like it said "I for wish you to buy the equipment to move a motorcycle. upon payment, to you I will ship."

We gotta title and register trailers here in Missouri. You Oklahoma folks have a lot more personal freedom, lol. I've always said Arkansas and Oklahoma were 2 of the better states to retire in. KEY WORD - retire. Trying to find a good job there, and to a slightly lesser degree, here as well, is another story.

We have tons of telemarketing and call center jobs. AOL, AAA, Farmers, Convergys, Direct TV, Dell, and dozens of other call centers for a semi-skilled workforce. The better jobs are with the Oil and Gas companies but those are boom and bust every 5 years. Our unemployment is low, but the quality of jobs here is not great.
