Where do you guys go to get all the track bike decals?? And what's that process like when painting?

Do you get it painted then put the decals on? Or do you paint it, apply decals then clearcoat over it?

Put my decals after painting so it's easy to remove and replace.

What he said. Go down to your local sign shop and have all your art work with you on a thumb drive. I had my entire kit made for about $35.

Armour Bodies for sure. The only 'track bike decal' you need is the group sticker. :p

The 848s are notorious for not wanting to turn, and that's what we've found on m'boy's 848. The Kyle 28mm offset triples are supposed to help with that. Kyle also makes a steering damper kit. You have to tap the top triple.

It's common for the shift drum to get out of adjustment if you lowside on the left, which doesn't let you shift up or down depending on where it gets out of adjustment. The drum is inside the magneto cover, and you need a special tool to get the cover off.

Since I was in an accident, my poor street triple is all banged up. But just got the ducati in the garage..

Soo much potential in my garage right now. Once my collar bone heals, I will get on working with them and make the bikes into the sexy bitches that they are.

Hey John!
Yes you will see the ducati all done at the next triumph track day. Along with the street triple.
My brother might join us at the track day and I will let him once again ride his ducati. And I will be in the old faithful street triple.

Sneee seems to think he's got 40 more hp cause of the Daytona 675 r fairings
So I will have to put him in line. But yea I should be done with the duc by the time the track day comes around. Soo excited for it already. You and Tom need spill the beans on what's going on during the track day for 2013. Your buttering us all up with suspense!!

Also, you told snee that you don't use a steering damper so now he's asking me why I got a bitubo steering damper. Can you please tell him the benefits of a damper. He seems to think that since you don't use it, it's a useless device

And one more suggestion: night before the track day, we should have a social at a local pub. I would love to buy you and Tom a beer for all the work you guys do for this forum. And it would be a good socializing event to meet the fellow 675'ers.

Sorry forgot to answer your "ps" question.
I am doing fine. My knees are almost healed up. I can walk normal now with no issues. My collar bone is in the healing process and progressing quiet well. Maybe 2-3 more weeks and I will be at 100%.

Uh oh, well he probably misunderstood.. I meant that the stock one is not very good and I removed it. However, I installed an aftermarket one in its place.

And I am totally on board with the local pub idea. I appreciate the offer, its going to be a very good time.

Started to mock up the fairings....lookin good so far! Can't wait till spring to start going to the track.

Here is my collar bone X-ray... I will have to get surgery As the bone didn't heal well on its own.
