Always thought the squeak was the exhaust valve

If by exhaust valve you mean EXUP then that noise is more of a whining noise when the motor kicks on. The flapper sounds like a whistle or a chirp to some.

Im trying to do this to my bike, so how can I see the pictures, not very forum savvy so How do I bump? and also the hoses that go to the black canister on the radiator, do i remove them all and as well as the canister?

Just a heads up on what worked and didn't work for me (2011 675R). I started by just changing the RPM to 900 in TuneECU. That kept the valve open when I started the bike in neutral, but when I dropped it into gear it would close and function just like it was stock. I then disabled it using the check box on the left side of TuneECU (still 900), and it now stays open all the time. I suspect that some of you changed the RPM to 900 and saw that it was open in neutral and called it good. Check to see if it actually stays open when you put the bike in gear. Either that or my bike is somehow different.

Interesting, as I thought that box was to be unticked if you wanted to remove it the flap without throwing up a CEL fault, where as to modify when it opened you changed the RPMs as you did, yet that didn't work if in gear?
The bike couldn't have possibly dropped below that 900RPM limit once in gear could it?

Yes, I un-ticked the intake flapper box.

It was idling rock steady at 1250 as always, and wouldn't open until 4500 when in gear, just like stock. And I know the 900 RPM tune was downloaded to the bike because when it was on the stock tune it was closed at idle in neutral.
