An opinion that supplements are a waste? Umm ok if you believe in drinking your food then go ahead, but that is not a healthy alternative to actually eating healthy food, good luck to all that drink in their calories. I am sure you are doing great, nothing like spending 100 bucks on a powder.

This simply proves further that you have no idea what Advocare offers.

But like I said, it's very easy (and apparently more fun) to bash something that you have very little knowledge of. The OP asked if anyone here used it. Why you responded to this thread is your business, but it certainly wasn't to add anything of substance...

I decided to delete my response to you, you are right I know nothing about them, I am a dumb (took the R word out because it is a horrible word to use much like gay, etc) , and I drool a lot. derp
