Far too much unnecessary skin damage on here from lack of proper clothing people!
This is what happened to my 636 when it started tumbling head over heels. I posted the clothing pic.because I wouldn't be here without it. The helmet took a beating but did it jobs. The armour pads in the jacket came out during the sliding but by that time they had saved me. And the other pic. is how an ex-cop stops speeding motorcyclists on blind curves. These were friends following me when I was on my Daytona 675, when the cop tried to u-turn to chase me but got his car stuck! Idiot lost his job and a lot more. It was only to issue a low end speeding ticket. The riders were choppered out and were lucky to survive and had a long list of injuries. They are back riding again though.

It's painful to see all these pictures but this is a great thread to get you to think and be a bit more careful.
Thanks to everyone for sharing!

Man these pics make me respect these bikes even more than I already do. So easy to lose it all so quickly, if you do not give the bike the proper respect.

This guy got right in behind a truck that was backing up. He got off just before the crunch.
