On a 07 motor I thought I heard something about advancing the cams +2 helps with the power. Can I simply just advance the cams or whichever cam +2 teeth and get it tuned or would I be having to change out the valve springs and stuff as well?

UHHH, NOOOOO! 1 tooth off usually means that your valves are gonna hit your pistons. Unless you've already got your cams degreed, and your slotted sprockets marked for different degrees, it is a very involved process, which when done wrong, will be catastrophic, and costly. Go on youtube and search cam timing.
Nuno!

Yea figured it wasn't that easy....although I am used to dealing with single cam engines so I wasn't sure if dual cams were different. Thanks!

You need a degree wheel, and the know how to do it IMHO....Something I didn't want to mess with....
The guy whom did my SS topend did it as part of his "package"...

+2 means 2 degrees advanced, not 2 teeth. There is a lot of trial and error to find the exact combination that works best.
I've only seen one specific recommendation...seems most builders keep this hush-hush

A tooth off will not cause conflict with the 675 but it doesn't run right.

I think I am in deep trouble.....winter hasn't even fully hit yet and I am already thinking of all these different ways to squeeze out a little more power here and there lol.
