I'm guessing both. For a full carbon bike it's not that expensive but it is when you consider it's a play bike, not touring or commuter or anything like that.

17 pounds for a carbon fixie that doesn't have a seat tube is pretty heavy too, especially when you get to that price range.

I would have expected it to have hydraulic disk brakes with the rizoma reservoirs.
