I'm starting to get pretty annoyed by my inability to get a response or estimate. I cancelled my suit fitting again and continue to have no idea when this might be done. Sigh.

i waited over 3 months to get my armor, mind you it was over the winter with no rush.. but still had to wait and send emails and such, heck I got my watsens faster

No, I've been emailing Impact directly. I know umicheng is trying as hard as she can on this group buy, it's just frustrating that the company itself isn't more receptive. Like if I'm not going to get my armor for a few months that's not ideal but I'd like them to at least tell me that rather than constantly being in limbo.

Mike called and left me a message Oct. 13th about needing to make adjustments based off the photo's and logo info we needed to discuss. I've called and left a couple messages but have never heard anything back. Just left another. Admittedly I haven't been pursuing this too hard since I have some other more pressing matters in life currently and my last trip to the track was early Sept.

While I appreciate the group buy, I wish I'd known this at the start. No idea how businesses like this stay around.

AGREED. The entire industry is like this. I know cause I've done so many Group Buys. I even warn them and say "What is a realistic timeline you can hit and turn around your product?"....he said 4 weeks. I've expressed quite a few times my unhappiness as well.

Seems like no one else has gotten their product. I will take care of this TODAY and get an ETA for everyone.

^Your complete armor has been finished and shipped to you. Mike is sending you pictures of them as well, so I suspect any day you'll be getting a package.

All others - Mike is either waiting for some piece of information from you, he will be finishing them all by end of next week

I just got a pic from mike of my armor. Lol, I didn't do any logo or anything, but he went ahead and patched my name on it. Pretty cool.

He said its on its way.
