I've got a ones-e. It may be overkill but I also wear some shorts made for football that has hard shell on thighs and padding on hips and tailbone. You would think it would feel cumbersome but I don't even know they're there. They happen to be Nike but I'm sure there's other good brands too.

I wear Knox Cross shorts under my leathers along with trunks. I figure the padding the the Knox gear is far better than the sew in foam in the suit alone. I dont even notice it in there!

I usually wear army issue pants similar to under armour. Also have a matching top, form fitting but very comfortable.
