Either way its a "stay away" situation so does it matter if he's ignorant or lying?
Im just curious to hear back on the VIN# is it an SE with a regular frame? Or vice versa?

I "may" be wrong, but I don't think they had a white/blue SE in 2009. I think it was black w/gold wheels and trim.

I've got the 2010 se, it was released in 09, the frame and sub frame are both blue, with pearl white fairings, it's got the 09 gauges. The 2011 se was released in 2010, had the blue frame and sub frame, pearl white fairings, and a bunch of silly (my opinion) blue stripes that the 10 didn't have. Either way the bikes been parted together

I would go with the yellow bike, the last thing you want to do is buy yourself something that you will regret.
The difference in description and pictures says it all, I am interested to see what you think about the bike coming from a 1000RR. I went from a 600RR to this and I still miss my 600RR BUT you had to really wring out the RPM's to hit the powerband and that isn't needed on these awesome triples!
