Will 12' fairings fit on 06' to 08' models?

No, not without buying a new headlight and windscreen. It will give you 10 more HP, so you'll have that going for you.

If it is racing fairings they will fit, but like they have said, since the nose changed you will have to get all new front fairings. Tail has remained the same though.

I think even with the race fairings you will need a 1st gen windscreen too.
