Thanks for ur reply and its good to hear that! I spoke with the manager and i said to him that i refuce to pay anything on the recalls because as far as i am concerned it should be free as every other company such mercedes. Can any one please provide me details of triumph direct? Im not sure with who i should speak about this.

I just took my 07 into the shop TODAY for both R/R and fuel pump relay. It was all covered under warranty and I didn't pay a dime.

... I hate stealerships! Good luck man

He is located in the UK and as such what is covered under warranty and what is not is different then in the USA.

Hey Mac

From earlier posts in this thread, it looks like your VIN program is not limited to bikes in your country only.

As I respect your advice and opinions more than that from some stealerships, would you please run my VIN 312817 to check for outstanding recall work. This is a 2007 model and the R/R was done about 3 months ago (under goodwill, just before the service bulletin and recall came out).

I am particularly worried about the fuel pump relay, and do not know if that has been done. Also not sure if the gearshift problem/fix applied to this VIN or not?

I appreciate your help on this, thanks!
