How long have you been riding for, and what sort of riding do you do?
Grip the bike with your knees and support your weight with your core. You shouldn't be putting all your weight on your wrists. Tech Pecs or Stomp Grips help a lot. O.B |

I think I am going to hit Angeles Crest Highway today. If you would like to tag along, I could give you some pointers. It will just be a quick run up to Newcombs for a bowl of chili. PM me if interested.

short answer - you're riding it wrong
short solution - grip with your legs, and hold yourself up with your core, your arms/wrist should be holding on enough to put pressure on the bars, not hanging on to them... |

I have been using my prostrate for years. The doctors keep telling me to "have the surgery". But I'll be damned if I'm going to make my balls start doing all the work again!
