What stage head did hords super sport bike have? He was putting out almost 130 to the wheels.

You guys should really think about how you are going to use those adjustable sprockets. In my experience it's impossible to accurately get a gauge on the valves with an unmodified cam carrier. Maybe Hord has a way to do it so I would ask him if I were doing this.

Piece of flexible copper wire tacked on to the gauge? Bend it to fit past the cam ladder? That's how I've always done it. Any reason you think this wouldn't be possible on the 675? I ask as I've yet to set timing on a 675.

The stage is the head the higher end built motors would be using..

I am just going for a nice goal of 120rwhp, and a bump in torque.. keeping it street friendly.
As for the compression, it really depends... They will use yoru stock head, so of course if they deck it .005, the CR might be slightly different than .009.
Also depends on what head gasket you plan on using?
i will most likley go .60.... stock is .7 so that has an impact as well.
they are saying 4-6 weeks turn around time, so i am looking at a baseline dyno run between the 13-16 NOV.. motor out that same week and shipped. so maybe have it back together for the 1st week of JAN then down for a tune.
before the tune hope to use the bazzaz AFM to get the map somewhat close.

You should be over 120 easily if you are also running a full system. Without a proper dyno tune, with Daytona cams and the Arrow 3n1 system I am putting out 111rwhp on a dyno that's notoriously pessimistic.

Thats the plan, as right now the 675 feels like a complete turd in the motor department ridden back to back with my 636..

Race gas will allow you to run a leaner tune with more timing...safely.

My SS head with a .010 mill and a. .065 gasket ran beautifully on 93. Added u4 and on the same tune made 2whp/1wtq. We added 1 degree of timing and slightly leaned the upper rpm and netted 5whp/2.5wtq when all was said and done...
