Am I missing a spring?

I am stripping the bike down and cleaning everything/ maintenance to make sure the bike is 100% for next race season.

I can't seem to recall if there was a spring here in the pic or not....I would imagine that their has to be because otherwise the throttle body blades would not be aligned. Or does one of the throttle cables of the two pull a little earlier to make sure they are matched up?

I know before I took the throttle bodies off they were all aligned when I twisted the throttle. I just want to make sure if I did lose a spring that I get it replaced.

i think it help the other spring to keep the bolt static and avoid his rotation,
it's the bolt that manage the throttle alignment, if it rotate because of vibrations or so, it's a problem...

you do better to get a new spring and check throttle adjustment with tuneECU

edit: damn, i was too slowy...
