Picked up a bike online this week. It was stripped for parts. Missing a few things that can easily be had on ebay...but I'm wondering if it'd be worth it.
LOL funny you say that...when I first laid eyes on the green speed triple...I jizzed my pants! Always been a fan of the dark, subtle, brutal, flat looking bikes. Just look at my BOTY from 2009.
Well Riktig, you've already built two Daytona to Street conversions (you inspired me to do mine :thumbup, so I reckon it's time for something different. Don't know what, but something different.
Had my eyes on that bike on Copart. Wasn't worth shipping all the way out to Ohio though. I guess fixing it would depend on what you payed for it. I was thinking like someone else said, perfect track bike. Someone saved me the time of stripping off all the crap I didn't need anyways.
Oh and that bike might not have been wrecked but was definitely down. Scrapes on the clutch cover, sides of the engine, and looks like the frame too.
