MOTO GP Indy will be here before we know it. Our Premium Forum vendor RidersDiscount.com is setting up a group ride and rally for the Moto GP in Indy. I will update this post as soon as I get the complete details, but I wanted to start a thread to see who would be interested in joining up. I can tell you this...attending this group ride and rally will be MUCH MUCH more than just watching it in the stands or on TV.
If you haven't been to a MotoGP race at Indy you NEED to go.
This ticket package will get you the following:
• 1 Indianapolis Motor Speedway water bottle
• 1 Indianapolis Motor Speedway cinch bag
• 1 $5 retail coupon on IMS merchandise
• Free Motorcycle Parade Lap on the MotoGP Course**
• Free 3-Day Backstretch Motorcycle Parking
**Date and Time of Track Lap is TBA

Looks as though we may have groups coming from different areas. We'll have to set a rally point and all ride in together.
For those thinking of riding from the Philly/NJ/NYC area, we may be able to work out a plan to store camping gear stored in a trailer and I can haul it out while people ride out there.
I am down for this as well. I'm probably going to spend the night at my parent's place in NJ before heading over. I'd like to meet with any group heading from the northeast.
You can also save about 80 bucks in tolls (with a trailer) by taking the Commodore Barry and going 68 across Maryland and catching 70 over by Pittsburgh, the turnpike costs a GRIP if you have more than 2 axels.
11+ hours on a Daytona, yeah, no, I'll pass. If I bring a bike its going to be trailered or I have to get the Speedy working again and just have the GF follow me in the truck.
im trying to decide between train trailer riding just driving. slabbin 700 miles really sucks. there prob wont be much time to ride other than the parade lap. not sure if its worth taking the bike down in the first place. idk...
Hmmm, logistics, logistics. That's an awful lot of fun if I can get my scoot out there. Haven't done a road trip in ages. maybe I could tow my 675 with the Fizzer...
