Triumph675.net Guidelines for Forum Etiquette

We at TRIUMPH675.NET would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our forum. We are several thousand members strong, spread all across the globe. A tight knit community united under the Triumph Banner; specifically the Triumph Daytona 675 & Triumph Street Triple. Our passion for motorcycles, riding and racing is the foundation upon which this forum was built. We Are Family.
We only ask that while you are here, you abide by a few simple guidelines:

1. All members will be treated with RESPECT. Posts of an abrasive nature or threats to harm another individual on this forum will not be tolerated.
2. Plagiarism is not cool. If you copy/paste from another website, you must acknowledge the website & the original author.
3. Copyright infringement is simply breaking the law. So if you don't legally own it, you can't post it here for others. Any copyrighted material posted on Triumph675.net will be deleted and then we will infringe on you. Links to copyrighted material in association to your comments will be allowed.
4. Due to the fact that Triumph675.net is a public forum, viewable by anyone surfing the net, Avatar's and Signature photos must not contain nudity or sexually explicit images. If you want to post those types of images, please do so only in the area designated as "The Pit". This is a members only area of the forum and it has been designated as an area where images that would be considered Not Safe For Work (NSFW) can be posted.

While this forum's administrative staff prefers to use it's powers assisting members in a positive manner, we recognize all families of this size will generate friction between it's members from time to time. We also acknowledge that it is impossible for us to moderate every post in every thread; therefore, we ask for your assistance:

1. If you have a conflict with another member, do not engage in a hostile confrontation or...
2. If you observe what you interpret as a breach of the guidelines listed above then...
3. Please contact a Moderator or Admin for assistance. This can be done through a PM (Private Message) or the Reporting a Post function.
4. We will review the situation and handle it appropriately. Your anonymity will be protected.


To ensure these guidelines are adhered to, Triumph675.net utilizes an Infraction System. Each infraction issued by an Admin or Moderator to a member for a violation of the guidelines will be worth one (1) point.

1. If a member accumulates five (5) points, he/she will receive an automatic ban for no less than one (1) week.
2. If that same member then receives the maximum five (5) points for infractions a second time he/she will receive an automatic one (1) month ban.
3. A third five (5) point offense will result in a lifetime ban from Triumph675.net.
4. It will be at the sole discretion of the Admin/Mod's whether to issue warning's or infractions.

We at Triumph675.net have a vision to create a global meeting place where Triumph owners can share their lives and love of motorcycling with one another. We encourage each and every member to be engaged in this forum; ask questions, give answers, sell stuff, buy even more stuff and most of all HAVE FUN.
