Got to work on my first 2013 675R today...
A number of good points.. The new fuel tank u can light dead upright and it doesn't catch the wires on the back on the air box, or even get close... Makes removing and fitting so much easier..
The expansion bottle is now upfront on the right . by the rad and covered in the fairing..
The rider's seat is now bolted down and the pillion seat now has the key lock to remove it.. plus u get more tools with the new one !!
Front mudguard is the same as the older bikes as is the chain guard..
Rear hugger is different..
The old sprocket cover will fit will some adjustment, but the new one is different than the old one..
The clock mount and intake tube is all one part now.. Plus its not that expensive at £130 plus vat...
The bike is now completely stripped and will be Rob Guiver's race bike for 2013...
T3 Racing has done the cat removal already and will be selling the modified headers for the 2013 bikes..
